Message	Even though the problem was Waukegan police, the Naperville police are also ridiculous, mostly because they have nothing else to do (if you want any real crime, you have to go to Aurora or east Bolingbrook). This article was in the Tribune a few weeks ago, and if I recall from that picture, the guy needed a new 3rd brake light ;)
